1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable account registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, money-laundering, or criminal activity.
• Confirmed bonus abuse or collusion with other players.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• A court order or instruction from a relevant authority requiring account action.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bdgame will communicate with the account holder via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error should contact support via live chat.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their natural English meaning.
